Well I was supposed to have an arrangement delivered today, told in the morning "arrives before 5". 5 comes around, no delivery. So we called to check, they told us "it'll be delivered soon". I was at work, so by 5:45, we are about to close. I call and speak to someone in the store, who now tells me "this is so weird but the order wasn't sent to us", which is fine and I would understand had that been the same story they told us not even an hour before. How does it go from "will deliver soon" to "never received the order"? He offered to have it delivered to me tomorrow or I could pick it up, but I live an hour away and I don't trust that they'll even have anything. Just unfortunate as this was ordered for me for my birthday, and the order was placed a few weeks ago.

Got chocolate covered strawberries. While the fruit was good itself .. only chocolate on half? Whole box was like this … for the price I was really disappointed. Think I’ll stick local next time.

I have never in my life got such a sorry arrangement of flowers from an edible arrangement store. I paid $150 for a few chocolate dipped strawberries and flowers and a vase that look like they could’ve been picked up at a gas station. The flowers look half dead, several stems were covered in mold and mildew, many were broken and somewhere wilting. I went out to get an Emergency bouquet that is 100 times more beautiful than what I got here and it was $40. The strawberries seemed to be Ok. I guess we will see.

Flowers look horrible. I had a arrangement of flowers delivered to our home for my wife birthday. They were delivered about 6pm. My wife noticed how warm the were. She immediately put them in water with the package that is given to keep the flowers looking better longer. They didn't look good at all, and worse the next morning. I called the store to let them know. After being put on hold a man came on the line to let ne know he delivered them and had taken a video, and they were fine. He told.me I had to send an E-mail to their store, said they would review the E-mail and video then call me back. 8 hours now, no phone call, and their closed.

Ordered on 1/31/24 for delivery on 2/12/24, here are pics of what was Ordered vs what the JC store Delivered. Fruit tray was replaced with smaller trays, they made this decision about 1.5hrs before requested delivery time because they didn't have the pictured tray in stock, even though they had the order 2 weeks in advance. Store confirmed they delivered wrong flowers yet refuse to respond to my refund request, the $245 they charged is more important to them than delivering what customers order, all they want to offer is for me to let them do another floral arrangement and try again, they don't seem to understand why I will not agree to that since the surprise aspect is done and over. Since store refuses to respond to messages for weeks now I am just giving all the info to my bank and filing a dispute.
